Any payment mistakes (such as selecting the wrong network or sending funds to an incorrect wallet address) are the user's responsibility. ✅ Sharing one account with third parties is prohibited. The use of multiple accounts or abusing promotions through multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban or a reduction of the user's reputation score. ✅ Users are subject to a reputation score based on their actions and transactions. This system helps resolve both positive and negative situations fairly. ⚠️ About the Product ‼️ If you cannot find the product you purchased, please submit a dispute through @Dispute228_bot. ‼️ If you have a complaint regarding the product's weight: Start recording a video before opening the package and continue recording while placing the product on the scale. If there is any shortage, the recorded video will allow us to resolve the issue quickly. This also helps us improve the quality of our service. ‼️ Regarding quality: Providing products of VHQ+ and 🏆TOP quality is our highest priority.
